My sport story

Sports have been a part of my life since childhood. As a competitive athlete, I focused on gymnastics, athletics, and modern dance. At the age of 39, I discovered golf, which became my destiny sport. When I decide to pursue something in life, I strive to understand it thoroughly and perform at a high level. That's why I immersed myself in studying golf swings, training methods, and participating in golf tournaments. Today, I have a handicap of 3.7, and the quality of my game continues to improve, motivating me to further excel.

My sports career is full of many victories, but what brings me the greatest joy is the opportunity to share my knowledge with others. That's why I completed coaching exams, and when working with my clients, I draw on my extensive experience from elite and performance sports.

I know what helped me and what is needed:

- to play excellent golf even in senior age

- to have a healthy body without pain

- to maintain a balanced mind and emotions in tournaments

- to experience a mindful state of consciousness

- and still look good doing it


THIS IS MY MISSION, which I want to share with you.


"If you want to play excellent golf, have a healthy body without pain, and feel and look good, it's not enough to just go to the course or occasionally practice on the driving range, chipping, and putting. You need a comprehensive holistic approach and quality training."


What do I mean and how?

    How do I achieve this?


  - I strengthen my body through fitness.

- I work with developmental kinesiology and the Red cord method.

- I swim, meditate, practice yoga, and do stretching.

- I practice yoga breathing, chant mantras, and paint.

I also collaborate with sports psychologists, participate in courses and workshops that help me deepen my golfing skills, increase my mental resilience, and diligently work on expanding the state of my consciousness and attention.
